For Hammond People to get the Benefits of
a Vacation without Taking One The Scientific Application of Mechanical Exercise Will Produce this Result
LADIES, OFFICE MEN AND THOSE WHO NEED EXERCISE, GREETING:
I can give" you more and better exercise in thirty minutes than you can
get in a gymnasium in two hours, and without any exertion on your part.
Anaemic persons, who cannot afford to waste vital energy, taking ordi
nary exercise to build an appetite or induce sleep, will readily see the beauty of this statement.
People who .have more flesh than they want, will find ordinary exercise
makes them so hungry that they must eat heartily, thereby counteracting the
benefit derived from such exercise. To these people my work will appeal. T
will stretch every muscle of your body and exercise every tissue and nerve. I will force the venous blood back to the lungs. This will induce sleep; it
will break up the worn-out tissues; it will make red blood circulate in your arteries. Such a course of exercise will have the same effect as a vacation and be less expensive. Ask your physician about it. Phone 1704 and make an appointment. FREDERICK A. HAWLEY, 126 Charlotte street,
