CONTEST IN PROGRESS
At a late hour thi afternoon ,
Simon-Wickey election contest was
wu in progress and the testimony of witnesses was being heard. There was nothing new in the testimony however, and there is very little interest being taken in its proceedings by the people of Crown Point. There was no one in the courtroom where the hearing Is being held except those who are directly concerned. It is not known how much more time will be consumed with the hearing, but it is thought that the contest will end soon.
