EAST CHICAGO. Daly James, the stereoptican operator at Berry's theater, left yesterday for Danville, 111., where he has accepted a position with the C, L. S. & E. railroad. His position at the theater will be filled In a few evenings by an experienced operator from Chicago. The Misses Margaret Langenham and Dollie Turner of Whiting visited friends In East Chicago last evening. The "guest day" session of the Tuesday Reading Circle will be held this evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Reese Williams on Baring avenue arrangements being made for the entertainment of about thirty guests. Theodore Seablom of the Reiland hotel yesterday attended the funeral
of his father, Gus Seablom, of Hege-
wisch. Interment was made at Oakwoods cemetery, Chicago, and was one of the largest funerals ever witnessed in the Illinois town. Mr. Seablom was a resident of Hegewisch for almost twenty years and the cortege that followed his body to the grave was splendid testimony to his ability as a citizen. Mrs. R. H. Alexander and daughter, Myrtle, of the Reiland hotel were Hegewisch visitors last evening.
