(Special to The Times). East Chicago, Ind., Aug. 13. Arthur McGregor, 21 years old, who lives with his father, M. M. McGregor, at 217 Plummer avenue in West Hammond, was killed here this morning when he was caught under the wheels of an engine tender on the Chicago Terminal at the roundhouse. The accident happened at 5 o'clock, while the train crew was about to make up a train in the yards. Onlv an
