Meet In Adjourned Session. The town board met for the adjourned session last night and issued orders for more concrete street walks to be built. At the regular meeting of the town board of Lowell Monday night the board was reorganized by making A. S. Hull the newly appointed member, its president. Among other business transacted at the meeting, a motion made by Carsten prevailed that M. O. Wiley, who some time ago purchased the Lowell electric light and water plant and the real estate on which it stands, be notified that the town considers that his rights under the contract are forfeited by reason of his failure to comply with the terms of said contract. Mr. Wiley will be asked to redeed to the town the real estate redeeded to him at the time of the transaction. This means that the $20,000 electric light and water plant to be

built by Mr. Wiley has gone a inering, a fact to be very mu g retted.
