Financial Bureau There Is good buying of Union on a scale down. Support remains 106 and 104. Covering in Smelter with some support near 59 now. A specialist reports some covering In St. Paul toward low levels of yesterday. Professionals are hammering distillers for certain reasons. Steel is still weak technically. Good buying reported in Reading with 76 the first support level still good. Northern Pacific and Great Northern under the latest developments ought to bo still more attractive on declines. Dow Jones American stocks in London irregular and active issues mostly fractionally.-.-, lower. .Twenty million dollars treasury 3 per cent certificates subscribed for by New York banks and reported one-half the issue taken. Treasury will only call for one-half of the amount subscribed for new certificates.
Miller We cannot believe that wo are face to face with a situation in which values will not permanently and
ultimately make the real selling prices
For that reason mainly we continue to favor the buying of good rails on
all weak spots.
Mclntyre We look for a continued
narrow and irregular market and think
the chances are prices will work lower
Brown Conditions are still unsettled and the disposition of the street
seems to be a waiting one.
Dick It should be kept in mind that the short interest is growing and that
the time when financial relief will be come effective is drawing near.
Joseph Uuion will be fairly well
supported. Smelter dividend will be
the regular S per cent.
Miller I would rather nuy steel pre
ferred than anything else for the mo ment.

Has Moved to the New Gaiety Theater Building 9205-7 Commercial Avenue
IN O T I C E ! Dr. Ruckel has leased for a term of ten years, the entire front of the second floor of the New Gaiety Theatre Building and has Just taken possession.
Who Is Dr. Ruckel? After a long course of training in medical colleges and hospitals. Dr. Ruckel took up the practice of medicine at Freeport, Mich., In March, 1SS6. After three years of working day and night, he decided to move to a city and make a specialty of the most obstinate, long standing and severe diseases such as are usually unsuccessfully treated by the average family doctor. After taking a thorough course In the subjects to be followed, he located In Saginaw, Mich., where he enjoyed a very large patronage for a period of seven years. About this time he decided that South Chicago would be a better field on account of Its thousands of well paid mechanics and accordingly moved here in May, 1397, and opened an office over the postoffice. To say that Dr. RuckeL has done much for the health of tho people of South Chicago and vicinity Is putting It mildly. In his ten and one-half years here, he has treated more than 6,500 different persons, as Is shown by his record, and among the above number has made many wonderful cures. Hundreds given up by other eminent physicians to die, have been cured by him. One of Dr. Ruckel's methods that we have always thought very hlghtly of, Is that he always explains fully to a patient just what his or her condition may be, and will tell them just what he can do for them, all without charge. If they prefer he will name the price including medicine for a complete cure, so they will know just what It is going to cost them. On account of his Increased patronage. Dr. Ruckel has found it necessary to secure larger and better offices and was fortunate in finding just what he wanted as the above notice Indicates. Some of the diseases treated by Dr. Ruckel are: Diseases peculiar to Men, Diseases peculiar to Women, Stomach Troubles, Nervous Diseases, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Blood Poison, Weak and Failing llemory, Constipation and Piles and in fact almost any disease when the patient can go to the office.
