Young C'lnlly of Hammond Put to Sleep Hy Jack O'I.eary In Fourth Hound of Preliminary at Milwaukee Fights. Milwaukee, Wis., Feb. 1G. A draw in the wind-up between Kid Murphy of New York and Young Fitzgerald of Milwaukee, an incorrect decision in tho semi-wind-up between George Ryan and Jack Raymond, and knockouts in both tho preliminaries marked last night's lights-, which took place in the theatre of the Public Service building. Kid Kellar of Chicago was easy for Young Grueiiowald of Mlhva.iloo. In the first round Kellar had it his own way, but in the second Gruenewald came up strong and did the work with a right to the chinJack O'Leary then tried conclusions with Young dabby of Ilammond, Ind. The first three rounds were fought on an even basis, but tho fourth gave O'Leary a chance to put his right to the solar plexus; of tho Hammond youth, and Clabby reclined peacefully until his seconds carried him out to be revived in a dressing-room five minutes later. Ryan was given the decision over Redmond, but the crowd did not see it that "way, hissing the decision. It was thought that Ryan only had the advantage of three rounds, to the

eighth. Raymond leading easily in the

majority.

In the final event Fitzgerald was put

to the floor with almost the first blow,

but kept to his knitting. In the so ond he evened things by clever baxin and kept an even right the rest of tl way.
