Prague, Czechoslovakia, Nov. 29.—The Communist government announced today it will handle all details for prospective brides and bridegrooms. It said it will open a wedding office Dec. 1 to get the license, arrange the ceremony, send announcements, write thank-you letters, arrange taxis and flowers for the bride, photograph the newlyweds and order the wedding dinner. After that, the couple will be on :their own. Mr. and Mrs. Warren St. John and children spent last Friday in Chicago.
