Bristol, Eng., Aug. 16. Putrick Beech, West England news editor for the British broadcasting company, was fined 6 pounds ($24) today for listening to the British broadcasting company. j=> He explained in court he had forgotten to buy the $4 license which British law requires of every radio owner.
