FRANK BUCKLEY FILES DIVORCE ACTION

Frank Buckley of DeMotte has brought an action for divorce against Ruby Buckley in Jasper circuit court. Frequent intoxication and abusive treatment toward himself and their four children is charged. The plaintiff asks that the defendant be restrained from approaching the children.
