Kokomo, July 26. Police chief Paul Kellar thinks it’s about time to do something about Mark Arnold's disregard of traffic stickers. The chief says Arnold has received 126 tickets for violations of the city’s 10-year-old parking meter ordinance and has never paid any penalty. The ordinance provides a fine of $1 for each

violation. Arnold has been summoned to appear in city court Friday and explain why he hasn’t paid. Mrs. Hugh Socks of Camp Lee, Virginia arrived here last Thursday to help her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Oosten pack and dispose of their personal property. Dr. and Mrs. Oosten accompanied her back to Virginia, where they will live next door to their daughter and family.
