Indianapolis, July 27. Mrs. Pamela Hurt, 19, English warbride charged with shooting her husband, today tried to regain the custody of her 3-year-old son, Robert Jr. In a habeas corpus petition filed in Superior court she asked that her son be returned to her custodjc. Johe said the boy was held by William P. Hurt, her husband’s brother.
