Donald Stevenson Given l-To-10 Year Term For Assault On 2-Year-Old Niece Rapid justice was dealt out in Jasper circuit court Thursday afternoon when Judge Moses Leopold sentenced Donald Stevenson, 18, of DeMotte, to one 'to ten years at the state reformatory after the youth had pleaded guilty to attempted rape on his 2-year old niece. The sentence was the maximum prescribed for such an act. The charge was brought by the little girl’s mother. Stevenson in a signed statement admitted the act. He was arrested by

Sheriff Webb Thursday morning. Bond was set at $5,000 and a few hours'later Stevenson was brought into court.
