MYF OFFICERS ARE ELECTED

At the regular meeting of the DeMotte Youth Fellowship last Thursday evening the members of the organization decided to elect its officers for the next year. The following were elected: President. Miss Edna DeFries; Secretary, Miss Ruth Cheever; treasurer. Miss- Ada Lisk; Chairman. Commission of Worship and Evangelism. James Hunter; Chairman. Commission on World Friendship, Janet Hammerson: Chairman. Commision on World Service. Dorothy Hunter; Chairman. Commission on Recreation. Barbara Holloday; pianist,. Miss Marcella Nuss. Winfred Hammerton is the counselor for the Youth Fellowship 'and Sunday School teacher. The officers will serve until this tpne next year. An appropriate installation service was held at the morning church service last Sunday morning. Janet Hammerton returned to* Terre Haute with Mrs. Al Ewart and Ruth Ann to stay with/them for a while. Mr. and Mrs. William Kruk and family of Blue Island. Illinois, visited Mrs. Lillie Stroup Saturday. ' —.—. — ......
