GIRL’S SOFTBALL TEAM TO BE SEEN IN NEW SUITS
The DeMotte Girl’s Softball team w ishes to thank the following merchants for their generous donations: DeKock’s Supply Co., H. C. DeKock & Sons Store, Ruth’s Bakery, Paul’s Shell Station, Swart’s store, Wilke Universal Radio, Mel Toppen, Kapers Feed Store, - Duvall’s Case, Sekema’s Garage, Keener Township Farm Bureau and Konovsky’s Lumber Yard. They each donated one suit to the team. The suits have been ordered and should be here any day. They will bd maroon with a white stripe. We hope to play lots of games this year and we hope you will come out and back us up. The team also wishes to thank those who made smaller donations. We are very appreciative to you each and everyone. Thank you very much. We started playing last Wednesday night with a game with the Boy Scouts. It didn't turn out so well hut we hope to do better.
