GUIDANCE CLINIC

Greencastle, June 15. DePauw university today began an educational guidance clinic which will extend through Saturday and in which 94 high schol seniors from nine state will participate. Members of the counseling staff will attend from the following institutions of higher learning: Dr. Pauw, Purdue, Indiana, Kentucky, Miami, Illinois, Ohio, Wesleyan, Texas and Sydney, Australia. Mary Lou Ewart and Lucille Davidson of South Bend visited the A 1 Ewarts over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Marker of Chicago visited his parents, the Melva Barker over the week-end. Joan Sekema celebrated her sixth birthday last Thursday, June 9. Her friends helped her at a party a her home.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Bass and children of Rockford, Ilk, visited at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Bass last Tuesday and Wednesday. Miss Josephine Vanderploeg of Dulce, New Mexico, is spending her vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Vander ploeg. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Evans and children, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence

Schultz and son, Miss Irene Muraida and Dick Evans spent Sunday at Bass Lake. Mrs. Leon Jagers ana son of South Bend have been visiting her parents, Mr, aqd Mrs/ John Woudema this week. Mr. Jagers will join -thefti Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Westerh,off and children visited Mr. Westerhoff’s brother in lowa over the week-end.
