RAY ALDEN SUCCUMBS

Ray Alden, a farm laborer who made his home at the William Krug residence north of Wheatfield, died at Jasper county hospital Thursday, May 26. He was born August 4, 1888. State police and WLS radio stations attempted to locate relatives of Mr. Alden, but failed to do so. In the absence of relatives no obituary was available. The remains were taken to the Todd Funeral Home here, from which services were conducted Sunday afternoon with the Rev. J. J. Moor officiating. Burial was in DeMotte cemetery.
