GOP PLANS KICKOFF

Washington, April 25. Republican party strategists voted today to hold two or three regional pep talks this fall as the kickoff for their 1950 campaign to recapture control of Congress. Mrs. John Felthouse was in Chicago most of this week visiting her son and family.
