LAKE COUNTY COURTHOUSE ON CST SCHEDULE

Crown IVyint, County commissioners voted yesterday to operate the Crown Point courthouse ©n Central Standard Time, effective next Monday. Working hours, however would be moved up, causing employes to start at 8 a. m. and quitting at 3 p. m. This schedule would bring .courthouse hours in line with Daylight Saving Time which will be followed by Crown Point business establishments. The order, however does not affect the county clerk’s office which must conform to the Indiana law covering his department. The clerk’s office will open at 8 a. m. and close at 4 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Pierson of Chicago visited the Marven Kessingers last Saturday.
