LOCAL FEED DEALER BUYS FEEU STORE IN COUNTY SEAT

C. H. Kaper, owner of DeMotte Feed Sales and Service, has purchased the Pillsbury’s Best Feed Store and Warehouse previously known as Switzer’s Feed Service located one block west of Route 53 in north Rensselaer. Neil Kaper will assume the dealership April 6th, and Mr. Emor Switzer will remain as manager. This transaction will make it possible to give better service to Pillsbury’s Best feeders in all of Jasper County. Besides Pillsbury’s Best Feeds, Mr. Switzer will now have available such items as several complete lines of poultry and livestock equipment, a complete line of Economy farm jauildings, remedies, a poultry"* serviceman and almost anything pertaining to the producing of livestock and poultry. The firm name will be changed to Kaper’s Feed Sales, home office at DeMotte. Construction of a new.office and display room will begin next week.
