LIONS CLUB MEETS WITH 18 MEMBERS PRESENT

The DeMotte Lion Club met Tuesday evening, March 22, at the little school house with 18 members present. Other local improvement projects were discussed with the feeling that the committees in charge should continue in their efforts to make the improvements. Committee members were informed of their committee standing and their duties. Lunch was served through the courtesy of President Ed Wilke. The club adjourned rather early so that members could attend the Americanization program held on the same evening. The next meeting will be held Tuesday, April 12, at Mary’s Restaurant.
