NEWS OF OUR SICK FOLKS
Donna J. Sekema, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Sekema and Marilyn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter P. Walstra had their tonsils removed at Jasper county hospital Monday morning. Marilyn broke out with the chicken pox Tuesday. Both girls are home again. Dave Bauman and Lynn Kessinger have the chicken pox. Mr. Earl Wiseman, who operates the grocery store in Kersey has been confined to his home with a bad case of flu. Mr. Gerben Kooy, who is a Jasper county hospital patinet, is slightly improved. Mr. George DeVries, who was taken to the Jasper county hospital last week is still seriously ill and it is not known just when he will be able to come home. Mr. Nelson Fairchild'who entered the Jasper county hospital last November and is now a patient at the Robert Long hospital in Indianapolis is reported as slowly recovering. Skin is being grafted on his leg. It is his hope to be able to come home sometime in May.
