MRS. DOROTHY SEEGRIST BUYS RENSSELAER HOME

Perry S. Washburn, local realtor, announced today that he sold the Mrs. B. K. Zimmerman residence at 714 Jefferson street

to Mrs. Dorothy Seegrist, widow of W’alter Seegrist, who came here recently from Chicago to make her home. The new owner is already occuping the house. The retiring owner is a resident of Lafayette and lived here until the death of Mr. Zimmerman a few years ago. The sale price was not announced. The residence was occupied by the Andrew Swartzell family who

are now located in their new home south of the one purchased by Mrs. Seegrist. The home consists of five rooms and bath.
