NEWS ABOUT OUR SICK FOLKS

Mrs. Caleb Cheever was taken to the Jasper county hospital in the Todd ambulance last Saturday. Tests and x-rays were taken while she was there. She was able to return to her home Tuesday afternoon and is feeling much better. Mrs. Neil Sekema underwent a major operation at the Jasper county hospital Monday. She is getting along as well as can be expected at this time. Mr. Nelson Fairchild, who entered the Jasper county hospital last November, suffering with an infected leg is improving slowly. He will be moved to an Indianapolis hospital for further treatment soon. Charles Streveler, who received several concussions and other bruises“ ifT an auto accident several weeks ago was brought home from the Jasper county hospital in the Todd ambulance last Saturday. He will return fpr further treatment later. Mrs. L. M Bauman, who underwent surgery last month returned to her home Sunday. Mrs. Claude Goff who underwent serious major . surgery at Jasper county hospital January 28 is slowly improving. Simon Belstra, who has been a hospital patient several, weeks was able to return to his home this week.
