JOHN FRYBORT IS AWARDED DIVORCE

John Frybort was granted a divorce from Marie Frybort in Jasper circuit court Tuesday. The defendant did not appear to contest the suit. The court gave the custody of the two children to Mrs. Frybort during the school term. The children will make their home with Mr. Frybort during the summer months under the court’s ruling. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Van Wienen and daughters and Mrs. Elmer Bush left Thursday for Tampa, Florida. They will visit Mrs. Bush’s mother. Mrs. Clark Mrs. Bush plans to remain there until Spring.
