STATE OFFICIALS SET FOR INAUGURATION

Indianapolis, Jan. 5. Democratic state headquarters annouhced today the program for the inauguration next Monday of Gov-enor-elect Henry F. Schricker and Lt. Governor elect John A. Watkins. 4 Samuel D. Jackson of Fort Wayne, former U. S. senator, will be master of ceremonies. After the playing of the national anthem, the Rev. William H. Eifert pastor of the English Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, Indianapolis, will give the invocation. Watkins, Bloomfield publisher will be introduced by Jackson. Originally the late Lt. Gov. Rue J. Alexander was to have made this presentation. Judge Taul G. Jasper, who today received the oath of judge of the State Supreme court, will administer the oath to Watkins. Retiring Governor Ralph F. Gates, a Republican, will then present Governor-elect Schricker. Four years ago, this procedure was reversed, Gates then succeeding Schricker. Chief Justice Oliver Starr of the state Supreme court will administer the oath to the incoming governor.
