January 1 A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Wadema of DeMotte. Mrs. Glendale Rude of Fair Oaks entered for medical care. A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Post of Rensselaer. A son w r as bom to Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Jiminez of Francesville. Della Hale of Rensselaer entered for medical care. January 2 A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Earl W. Schmitz of Brook. A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Gross of Fair Oaks. Thomas Lonergan of Rensselaer entered for medical care. January 3 Miss Phyllis Topp of Rensselaer entered for surgery. Earl Nesius of Rensselaer came in for surgery. Percy Styck of Morocco entered for medical care. January 3 A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Rudd of Rensselaer. Alva McCashen and Emma Jean Joseph of Rensselaer came in for medical attention. Mrs. Robert Jacks of Rensselaer enrolled for surgery. January 4 A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Warren of Rensselaer. Charles Oliver, Rensselaer, Mrs. Dorothy Cox, Goodland, Robert Anderson, DeMotte, and Paul Howard, Kniman, entered for medical attention. Jeanette Whitaker, Rensselaer, Perry Steckbeck, Collegeville, and Andrew Wadema, DeMotte, came in for surgery. January 5 Marie Whitaker, Rensselaer, Mrs. Mary Tuttle, Shelby, Mrs. Bethel Sunderland, Rensselaer, and Lee Risner, Rens-
selaer, entered for medical attention. January 6 A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Deno of Fowler. DISMISSALS: Robert Smith, William Moore, Jacob Leichty, jr., Mrs. Alvin Lilley, Mrs. Oscar Denton. Roy Sanders, Mrs. Harvey Heath nd daughter, Phyllis Topp, Earl Nesius, Mrs. William Dill and daughter, Mrs. Harriett Hart, Della Hale, Mrs. Rosa Rude, Mrs. Glendale Rude, Paul Howard, Mrs. Herman Wadema and son, Percy Styck, Mrs. Manuel Jimenez and son, Mrs. Carlos Gross and daughter, Ema Joseph. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Fritts and family spent New Years day at the home of her mother, Mrs. Mary Miller at Cook, Indiana. Miss Irene Muriada visited relatives in Gary over the holiday week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hamstra left Wednesday for Arizona. Henrichs and family Sunday.
