POPULAR COUPLE MARRY CHRISTMAS DAY
Carol Douglas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Douglas of Hebron, became the bride of Blaine Harrington, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis J. Harrington of Kersey, at one o’clock Saturday afternoon Christmas day. The ceremony was preformed by Father Switzer in the Rectory of St. Helen Catholic church in Hebron. Those in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Douglas, parents of the bride, James Douglas, her borther, Mr. and Mrs. Harrington, parents of the bridegroom and Mrs. Albert Clark, his sister. The lovely bride chose a light gray street length dress, black accessories, except her gloves, which were white. She wore a corsage of pink roses. The bridegroom wore a brown business suit. Mrs. Harrington wore gray with black accessories and a corsage of red roses. Mrs. Douglas wore lavender with black accessories and a pink corsage. The new Mrs. Harrington is a graduate of Hebron high school and is employed by the Hebron Lumber company. * Mr. Harrington is a veteran of World War 11. He served three years in the service, two and one half of which were spent in the European theatre. He is employed by the Todd Funeral Home in DeMotte. After the wedding a reception was held at the home of the brides parents. Best wishes are extended to the popular couple, who are living in Hebron.
