AMERICAN LEGION PLAN 1949 HOMECOMING

..‘At their regular meeting Monday evening, December 20, the American Legion Post 440 of DeMotte discussed plans for the 1949 Homecoming. To the public this may seem a long time away, but the ground work for the annual homecoming must begin many months before the actual big days arrive. At thia Legion voted to have a 1949 homecoming, probably in August and also to give, away a new car, which must be purchased soon.
