JUDGES MUST PAY

Chicago, Dec. 1. A state judge must pay federal income tax, the U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals here ruled today. The court sustained a motion to dismiss the case of Walter T. Gunn, judge of the Illinois Supreme court who paid his federal income tax and then sought a refund. Those who enjoyed Thanksgiving day dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Evans and son, Dick were Mr. and Mrs. Harve Evans, Mrs. Eddie Nelson and daughter, Cinda, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Evans and son, Allen, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Evans and Jean Evans all of Hebron, Mr. and Mrs, Donald Evans and children, Jimmy and Patsy of Fair Oaks, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Woolridge and daughter, Alice —Ann of —Lowell—and—MissMuriada of DeMotte. Mr. and Mrs. Otto DeYoung and children visited Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Brennamen at Rensselaer Sunday evening.
