Mr. and Mrs. ' Wm. Smalley expect to spend next week-end with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Tom McOwens of Connelton, Indiana. Mr. and Mrs. John McNeil spent Friday in South Bend. Dr. and Mrs. Paxton Powell and sons of Marion, Ind., spent the week-end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Langdon. ByIrene Zabradac entertained the Bridge Club last Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Biggs of Potter, Nebraska visited recently in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Smith and other relatives in Indiana. Claude Biggs and Bonnie Smith are brother and sister. A family reunion was held in their honor in the Odd Fellows Hall. The Sewing Club will meet with Mrs. Gerald Rainford on Friday, November sth. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gerber of Los Angeles, Calif., visited recently in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kuester. Wilma Langdon of Washington,

D. C., spent a week in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Langdon. Mrs. Jay Duley and Mrs. Harry Nelson entertained at a stork shower in honor of Mrs. Foster Myers. Friends from Gary, Hammond and Rensselaer dropped in to help Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Dunn celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary Sunday evening, October 17th. They were presented with a lovely white bedspread. It was also their daughter, Sharon’s sixth birthday. A good time was enjoyed by all.
