Melva J. Barker Sr., celebrated his 58th birthday at his home Saturday evening, October 9 at a party. About thirty-five relatives and friends were on hand to help him. He received many lovely and useful gifts a 3 a reminder of the day. After a delicious luncheon the visitors left wishing Mr. Barker many more happy birthdays.
