Mrs. Goldie Boezeman gave a stork shower last Wednesday evening in honor of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Rhoda Boezeman. Dr. and Mrs. Duvall visited Brown county last Sunday. Mrs. Duvall remained at Knightstown to visit her family this week. Curtis Heimlich of Cincinnatti visited his family, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Heimlich over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. James Haslett have moved a house oh their property next to Harry DeYoungs. Mr. and Mrs. Chris Walstra of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mr. and Mrs. Peter H. Walstra and children of Lansing, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Walstra of Roseland, Illinois and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Walstra and son Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bush and daughters left Tuesday afternoon for a motor trip to Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Laura Clark, grandmother of Mr. Bush returned to her home there with them, after an extended visit with relatives here.
Mrs. James Key and son of Goodland visited her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. U. H. Henrichs and sons, Sunday. Mrs. Mabel White, Mary Jane White and Wm. Mullins of Hebron spent Monday in Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. John Koster Jr., returned. Tuesday from a visit with relatives in the West. Mrs. Clyde Story attended the Navy Mothers Club at Legion Hut in Gary Tuesday. Raymond Eenshuistra went to Indianapolis Thursday for his pre-induction examination.
