Social Calendar

There will be a 2nd District American Legion meeting at Knov, Ind., Sunday, October 10, beginning at 2 p.m. The Keener Home Economic Club will meet Friday, - October 15 at the home of Mrs. Russell Hunter. The October meeting of the P.T.A. will be held Tuesday, October 12. An Indiana State Trooper will be the speaker of the evening. There will be special music. The Senior mothers will be hostesses. The Woman’s Society of Christian Service will be held Thursday, October 14th at the Methodist church in DeMotte. The lesson of the day will be given by Mrs. Grace Cheever. Hostesses will be Mrs. Hunter and Mrs. Punter.
