Miss Charlotte Current, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Current of Rensselaer became the bride of Ted Filson of Kniman on Friday afternoon at the Methodist parsonage in Crown Point. Rev. Thos.. Adkins officiated. The bride was attended by Delores Polezynski and Norman Wilmington attended the bridegroom,* The bride wore a grey gabardine suit with black accessories and a corsage of white gladiolus and pompoms. The bridesmaid wore a brown suit with red accessories and a corsage of pink roses. The bridegroom wore a grey suit. After a trip to Chicago, Grand Rapids and Detroit, Mich., the couple will reside in Kniman. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Keller and family of Seymour, 111., spent Sunday in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Barber. Eliose Thies has returned from Chicago, where she had been working during the summer, to enter high school. Mr. Robert Crite of Ft. Wayne spent the week-end with his sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jordan. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Schultz of Rensselaer and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Graves of Morocco spent Sunday with the Jordan family. Mrs. Dan Odle Jr., and daughter visited with her sister, Mrs. Paul Nemith on Tuesday. Mrs. Charles Lucas and daughter of Indiana Harbor is visit-, ing in the home of her mother-in-law and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Lucas and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kenchus. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Erne of Chicago spent the week-end with her sisters, Mrs. Wm. Kieffer and Mrs. Elmer Wilmington. Mr. and Mrs. John Irwin, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Irwin of Chicago spent Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Bert Filson. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nemith and son visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Dionne, in Hebron Saturday.
