EIGHT JASPER PUPILS ON PURDUE DS LIST

Eight Jasper county students were among the 1772 students to win honors on the distinguished student list thd 4 second semester. They are Keith A. Nesbitt, Thompson Murray, Paul E. Branson, James W. Bahler, aJI of Rensselaer; Barbara J. McCartney and Kail D. Cooper of near Goodland; Paul Hoffman, DeMotte and Lee Lucterhand, Remington. The Penochle club met at the home of Mrs. Roy Van Dam, with twelve ladies present. Prizes were won 1 y Mrs. Moe and Mrs. Jack 801. j" Mr. and Mrs. U. H. Henrichs and son. Paul, are vacationing at Shafer Lake this week.
