Room For 25 More At 4-H Club Camp

Jasper County 4-H’ers To Join White County In Camp Tecumseh Outing An anhouncement was made by Chester Corbin, 4-H Club •• agent, this morning th&t approximately 25 may yet enroll for 4-H club camp. Jasper county 4-H members will cajnp with the 4-H’ers of White County at Camp Techumseh, August 9th through August 12th. To date 64 have sent their money to the county agent’s office for enrollment in club camp. The applications and money will be accepted on the basis of first come first served. In order that you may not be disappointed you are urged to make arrangements at the County Extension Office for camp reservations. A very well rounded program has been planned this year. There will be two periods of. swimming each day besides the morning dip. The boating facilities of the campThe educational part of the program will be very interesting with the State Forester, State Police, and instructors in crafts present. Also Glenn Lehker of Purdue will give a “Chalk Talk” about bugs. It is hoped that we have a great camp since there has been such a worth-while program planned.
