‘SISTIE’ WEDS

Phoenix, Ariz., July B.—The former darling of the White House, “Sistie” Dali, now a grown-up young lady of 20 years, today became the bride of Van 11. Seagraves, 25, of Portland, Ore. The marriage drew a sprnkling of the Roosevelt family including Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, widow of the late president and maternal grandmother of the bride. “Sistie” bears her grandmother’s name, but rarely uses it. Only family members and guests attended the ceremony.
