SWAMP SLAYING TRIAL SCHEDULED

Valparaiso, Feb. 19 Joseph Muscarello will face trial on a murder charge at thfe April term of Porter Circuit Court. The 34-year-old Chicagoan is accused of the Gary swamp slaying of Mrs. Irene Shawsky, who also lived in Chicago. The first indictment aga ! nst Muscarello in Lake County was dismissed and he was indicted again. Little Vicky Kempher of Indianapolis is visiting her aunt, Mrs. Fay C.-rtin this week. Mr. U. H. Henrichs and Mr. Paul Bush were in South Bend on business Wednesday.
