Polio Drive Workers Praised

Chairman Phil Wood Is Highly Pleased With Campaign; Workers Asked To Report According to Phil Wood, Campaign Director for Infantile Paralysis drive, outstanding work and effort has been put forth by all who were asked to help with the work. Two communities and one part of Rensselaer are yet to be heard from and it is requested that all collections and reports be turned in by the evening of Friday or early Saturday the 14th. Both the State and National Headquarters require a complete report by that time. Until reports are all turned in it will not be possible to inform the public how much has been collected for this worthy cause. If one were to hazard a guess it would be that we would come close to the excellent showing made last year. Mr. Wood takes this opportunity to thank all who have helped as workers and contributors.
