JASPER-NEWTON P.T.A. COUNCIL

The Jasper-Newton P.T.A. Council met at the DeMotte school with Morocco, Rensselaer, Thayer and DeMotte schools repi’esented. -v ———-—- ———- The business of the meeting was conducted by Mrs. Clay Baird, council president of Morocco. One of the purposes of the Council is to get other schools in these two counties interested in organizing parent-teacher associations. - A film, furnished by the Board of Health, showed different ways and means of eonti'olling diseascsr Mr. Stangle addressed the group on, “Pi'oblems Facing the School, the Teachers-and the Parents. of the Present and Future.” The next Council meeting will be held the fourth Tuesday in March at Rensselaer. The meeting is open to all P.T. A. members and people interested in the P.T.A. work.
