K. V. SECOND TEAM TOURNEY

The Kankakee Valley Second Team Tourney got under way in the DeMotte gym Tuesday night when the Wheatfield Red Devils took the measure of LaCrosse, 21 to 16 in a fast and exciting game. In the second game the DeMotte Indians came through with a 25 to 12 victory over Fair Oaks to win a place in the semifinals against Wheatfield Saturday afternoon. The results of the Tefft vs San Pierre and Remington Mt. Ayr games are not, known as this paper goes to press. The semi-final and final games have been moved from DeMotte and will be played in the Wheatfield gyrft. Lets plan to go over and back our fighting team! Go get’em Indians!
