Ed Yeagley and wife are making a trip to Florida. 1 - Alf Clager has returned after several weeks travel which took him to Florida and several other southern states including Arkansas. Mrs. Henry Sampson left Monday for Pasadena, Calif., where Mr. Sampson has purchased a home. They will not return until spring. Mr. and Mrs: Ted Biggs of Valparaiso visited Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Smith, Monday. Weldon Steele and family visited his mother, Mrs. Murray over the week-end. They will return to Chicago as soon as they can find a home. Mr. Steele is in Chicago and the family are still in Baltimore at this time. Mr. and Mrs. John Parker visited home folks recently. Clara Smith visited Lloyd Asher and family at Hebron. Mrs. Ruth Keene is home after three weeks in the hospital. Her daughter came with her. The Baptists will have a pot luck supper at the school house, Tuesday evening, January 20th. There will be a program and a moving picture put out by Indiana State Department of Conservation. The meeting will start at sixthirty. There will be no charge and all are welcome. If you are an all day listener to the radio you will likely decide that the principal topics are soap and murder. Wheatfield has two bulk oil stations, and feed store. Amy' Fendig went to the hospital, Thursday for medical treatment.
