Some Yets Entitled To Tax Set-Off

A veteran who is in receipt of a compensation from the Veterans Administration is entitled to two-thousand ($2,000) dollars personal property tax exemption. For a veteran to receive this exemption. all that is necessary is for him to present a letter from the Veterans Administration showing a receipt of compensation to the County Auditor. It is advised that all veterans in this county should obtain these letters from the Veterans Administration at the earliest possible date so that exemption can be made.
