The Home Economics Club will meet at the home of Mrs. Wm. Bficker, Thursday afternoon, January 15. The W.S.C.S., will meet at the 1 home of Mrs. Bert Filson, Friday, January 9, with a covered dish dinner at noon. Mrs. Elmo Rice and daughters, Jeanette, Sylvia and Nancy spent a week during the holidays in Hammond with relatives. Mrs. Andrew Allen is on the

sick list. Roger Gifford of ftobart, Mary and Beverly Gifford of Gary and Sharon and Brice. MeJntosh of Fort Wayne spent a few days at the Vaughn Green home this week. The children were all cousins of the Green children. Jack Davis returned from Wesley hospital and is staying at the tiome of his aunt, Mrs. Jack Ulyat of Rensselaer., Mrs. Dan Odle called on Mrs. Wright Armstrong, Friday afternoon. ~ Mr. and Mrs. Bert Filson were in Chicago last. Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Brice MeJntosh and family stopped off at the Vaughn Green’s home on their way home from spending the holidays in Texas. Freeman Gifford is visiting in Texas. Richard Venekamp and family have purchased the farm of Henry Jones., formerly owned by Nick Ott, and moved on the farm. Mr. Jones has moved into the Krchnavi home temporary, on highway 53, and will move near Wheatfield in March.
