JURORS FOR JANUARY TERM ARE SELECTED

Jasper Circuit Court Term Scheduled To Open Next Monday Jurors for the January term of Jasper circuit court which is scheduled to open January 12 and to continue until mid-April were drawn by the Jasper circuit court commissioners this morning. It was the first drawing made by Stan Brusnahan and Harold Sage, appointed as successors to H. L. Swartzell and Obal Hershman. The other mdtnber of the board is County Clerk Ivan J. Carson. A heavy docket is facing the term, due largely to the great amount of time consumed in hearing the Brown-Badgley murder trial during the September term.
