WAR MOTHER DIES

Kokomo, Dec. 30 Last rites will be held Wednesday at Kokomo for Mrs. Clara Maddox, 55, who was chosen as the state’s outstanding war mother in 1945.

At the time she had seven sons in military service. Mrs. Maddox died yesterday after a long illness.
