Lake Success, Dec. 30 Greece formally charged Yugoslavia today with violating the “anti-warm-onger resolution adopted by the United Nations assembly at its recent session. This was the first time a member of the U. N. had invoked the measure, which was adopted unanimously after Russia had given up her efforts to push through a resolution charging the United States. Greece and Turkey with “warmongering.”
