JOSEPH SPURGEON ENTERS DIVORCE ACTION

0 Joseph P. Spurgeon has filed an action for divorce in Jasper circuit court against Ermil Spurgeon to whom he was married January 3, 1946. The couple separated October 5. this year. The plaintiff states that discord and friction resulted between him and the plaintiff due to the fact she has three children by a previous marriage and he one; that there was bickering over the sharing in of the estate and that as a result there has been pronounced incompatability between them.
