HOWARD PLEADS GUILTY TO CHECK CHARGE

Homer Howard of Barkley township appeared in circuit court yesterday and pleaded guilty to a charge of issuing, a series of fraudulent checks. Judge Leopold referred the matter to 'Probation Officer K. F. Allman, who will investigate the defendant’s past record. Following that 6 report, Judge Leopold will pronounce sentence.
